Cal Lutheran features a wide range of venues for hosting your ideal event. From classrooms to conference rooms, wedding sites to art galleries, Cal Lutheran has the perfect site just for you.

Computer Lab

Computer learning lab features 20 Dell Intel Pentium 4, Windows XP Professional desktop computers, flat screen monitors, laser printer and instructor station with LCD projector.  Technical support and software installation is available for an additional fee.

Distance Learning Lab

The Distance Learning Lab features the Tandberg educator 6000 system with a teacher and student cameras. The system also includes a document camera, two VCRs: one for play back and one for recording, a PC and an electronic white board.

Computer Lab

The computer lab has 21 Macintosh G4, 450 MHz desk top computers with 256MB Ram, 16 MB video Ram, Zip drive and cd-rom. The lab also includes a color scanner and a laser printer. In addition to a full suite of Internet tools, the lab has Microsoft Office 2001, Photoshop, Illustrator, Pagemaker, and a variety of educational titles.

Television Studio

The television studio features three Hitachi 2-2010A cameras, a Sennheisser 416 microphone on a Mole Richardson studio boom. There are three curtains, studio gray, black and chroma-key green. There is also a small grip package consisting of flags, silks, scrims and C-stands. The lighting grid has 2k soft lights, 1 and 2k fresnel fixtures, eight cyc lights and 1 and 2k tungston balanced flourescent lighting. The rosco dimmer strips are all controlled by an ETC 48-channel lighting board.

Kwan Fong Gallery of Art and Culture

The Kwan Fong Gallery is in the lobby of the Soiland Humanities Center. It is mainly used to present works of art and culture. Exhibits can be displayed on the walls or on large stand-up boards.

Overton Hall

Overton Hall is a multi-purpose room that can be used as a banquet facility, classroom, art gallery, or reception hall. As a stand-alone building, its large windows and double-door entrance generate a vast and open atmosphere. It can seat 88 for a banquet, 80 in a classroom and 130 in an auditorium. Overton Hall has whiteboards, a projector, a sound system that can support up to four microphones, and a CD player.

Centrum Cafe Patio

The Centrum Cafe is a coffee shop style eatery complete with sandwiches, salads, pizzas, hot entrees, fruit smoothies, and much more. Run by Sodexo Services, it provides university staff, students, and visitors with delicious food in a social environment. The Centrum Patio offers tables and chairs for those who prefer to dine outdoors on beautiful days.

Uyeno Amphitheatre

The Uyeno Amphitheatre is part of the Soiland Humanities Center complex and is often used for outdoor movie showings or simply classes that prefer to meet outdoors on nice days. The gentle slope of the grass leads down to a cement patio, which could be used as a small stage.

There are six outdoor tennis courts, each divided from the next by a short fence. A small set of bleachers is positioned at one end.

Mt. Clef Stadium

Mt. Clef Stadium is the site for numerous events, including the home games for the Kingsmen Football team. The field is used for sports teams and exercise classes, summer groups and sports camps, and even the Intramural Football Championship game. The stands seat 1,000 for the home team and 300 for the away team.
