The mission of the Facility Operations & Planning Department is to provide efficient and professional customer-oriented services, in support of the short and long-range development of the physical and spatial campus environment.

Facility Operations and Planning consists of two distinct components. Operations oversees the repairs, maintenance and custodial needs of all university buildings and surrounding landscapes. Planning manages capital improvement projects including all phases of new construction.Collectively, we strive to provide a functional and aesthetically pleasing environment to California Lutheran University and its constituencies.

Submitting Online Work Orders or Key Requests

To submit a work order, please utilize our online WebTMA Work Order system. You can access the system by clicking on the workorder graphic below and entering the appropriate login information. Click on the key graphic to request keys.
