Vision Plan

Eligibility: Administrators with an annual half-time contract or more are eligible for enrollment within the first 30 days of commencing work at California Lutheran University. Staff employees who work 30 hours per week or more are eligible for enrollment the first of the next month after completing 30 days.

Cost: No cost for employee coverage.
$10.81 per month for one dependent.
$19.85 per month for two or more dependents.
