Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Plan

General Info: Open Enrollment for calendar year 2015 elections will be from December 15th, 2013 to December 29th, 2014 for January to December.
Eligibility: Administrators and Faculty with an annual half-time contract or more are eligible for enrollment within the first 30 days of commencing work at California Lutheran University. Staff employees who work 30 hours per week or more are eligible for enrollment the first of the next month after completing 30 days.


Plan year 2015: January 1 through December 31

Description: SAVE ON:
Medical Dependent Coverage;
Uncovered Medical/Dental/Vision expenses;
Child/Elder care expenses;
Annual enrollment only to regular employees;
New employees are eligible to enroll upon initial eligibility;
Cost: Contributions are made by the employee on a pre-taxed basis.
