Position TitleAssistant/Associate Professor of Marketing

Basic FunctionResponsibilities for this position include instruction at the undergraduate and MBA levels of general principles courses and development of courses in his/her area of expertise. Specialization in any of the following areas is desirable: • Internet-based marketing and/or social media marketing • International Marketing This position is tenure track with an academic year teaching load of 24 credits. Ph.D. required; ABD’s will be considered for appointment at the instructor level. Successful track record of teaching preferred, but candidate potential for effective teaching of traditional and adult learners will be considered. Demonstrated potential for scholarly research is also desired. This position requires the ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff across disciplinary areas throughout the campus. Willingness and ability to teach at multiple campus locations including main Thousand Oaks campus as well as the Oxnard and Woodland Hills satellite locations. Competitive salary commensurate with education and experience.
