Learn Qualtrics in 5 Steps
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Log all surveys with the Educational Effecticeness/Institutional Research Office.
Contact Melinda Wright via email or by telephone at (805) 493-3962.

Create your own account

  • Log into your MyCLU portal
    • Access the Qualtrics tab
  • Provide your email
  • Provide your first name
  • Provide your last name
  • Click the update button

    To log into Qualtrics outside of MyCLU, browse to http://callutheran.qualtrics.com
