The CLU Political Science Department and the Pi Sigma Alpha officers will induct new members to the political science honor society and will honor graduating seniors. Thanks to a generous grant from the national Pi Sigma Alpha, opinion-editorial essay contest winners will be presenting their perspectives on the human rights status in Iran. This is part of a social responsibility initiative regarding public engagement in human rights advocacy when discussing U. S. Foreign policy in the Middle East while seeking to understand the politics of identity and the problems associated with governmental propaganda and homogenized media narratives. All are welcome! |
