Currently accepting applications for Fall 2013
The priority deadline for the following fall semester is January 15. Applications received after the January 15 deadline will be considered if there is still space available in the cohort.

- Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Statement of Purpose
- Two Letters of Recommendation
- Curriculum Vitae
- Clinical Experience Form
- Research Experience Form
- GRE General Exam
- GRE Psychology Exam
Additional Admission Requirements
- Interview (for those invited)
- Writing sample (completed at interview)
