CLU's first fully-staged opera, Dido and Aeneas, is an enduring tale of passion and power, love and loss. As the conflicted Queen of Carthage gives into her desires, she stands to loose more than her crown. Directed by Heidi Valencia Vas with musical direction by Jessica and Elizabeth Helms, Henry Purcell's quintessential chamber opera comes to life in a spectacle for the eye and ear that will leave the audience 'remembering'.

Admission is $10; free with CLU ID.

Neighborhood 3: Requisition of Doom

By Jennifer Haley

Directed by Ken Gardner

Imagine, if you will, a neighborhood in typical suburbia where teenagers are addicted to a new online video game that uses the identical houses in which they reside as its setting.  The gamers must smash through an army of zombies to escape. However, as the line between virtual and reality begins to blur, the true horror emerges. The play is the winner if the 2009 Primus Citations Award from the American Theatre Critics Association and premiered at the prestigious Humana Festival of New American Plays at Actors Theatre of Louisville
